2004 Conference and AGM

The RTA Annual General Meeting 2004
Saturday, November 27th
at Bay Tree Farm, Aldfield, near Fountains Abbey, Ripon, North Yorkshire

The picture on the main Conferences page shows the chairman Jane Hald with the Secretary Stephen Cope on her left and Peter Lawrence on her right.

The programme was as follows:

• 11 am Welcome and Lecture by Rt Rev James Bell
• 12 pm Discussion about the future of the Groups
• 1 pm Lunch
• 2 pm AGM

At the AGM:

• Canon Mark Rylands was elected the new Vice-Chairman.
• Rev Jim Mynors took over from Canon Peter Lawrence as Groups Liaison Officer, although he remains on the Exec.
• Major Richard Jones of the Salvation Army was voted onto the exec to fill one of the two vacancies (as Sallie Bassham and Graham Elsom have stepped down)
